[ 侍  BUSHIDŌ — APP & WEB STUDIO ]

The Samurai code we build by.

Deploy & Enjoy designs, builds and ships Flutter apps, websites and web platforms — end to end, with a craftsman's discipline. Sharp work, cleanly deployed. You talk directly to the builder.

[ 01 — SERVICES ]

Everything your product needs.
One studio.

From a napkin sketch to a listing on the App Store — and every design file, database and deployment in between.

“From one thing, know ten thousand things.”

Miyamoto Musashi

01

Mobile app development

Flutter apps for iOS and Android from a single codebase — native-feeling, fast, and cheaper to build and maintain than two separate apps.

  • MVPs and full consumer apps
  • Business tools & internal apps
  • App Store & Google Play submission
  • Push notifications, offline mode, haptics

02

Websites

Fast, modern sites that read clearly and bring you enquiries — not just compliments.

03

Web platforms

Dashboards, portals and admin panels that run your business, not just describe it.

04

UI/UX design

Wireframes, prototypes and pixel-perfect interfaces — every screen agreed before code.

05

Backend & cloud

Supabase, PostgreSQL, auth, storage and APIs — secure from day one, invisible to your users.

06

Custom CRM & business systems — built from scratch

Most studios rent you someone else's software and bill you monthly forever. We build the system around how your business actually works — owned entirely by you, no per-seat fees, no features you'll never use. Already happy with a CRM? We connect straight into it instead.

  • Bespoke CRM — leads, contacts, pipelines and deals, your way
  • Ticketing & helpdesk — queues, SLAs, statuses, canned replies
  • Booking & scheduling — appointments, staff calendars, reminders
  • Quoting, invoicing & inventory — estimates, Stripe payments, stock
  • Client portals — logins, project tracking, file sharing, approvals
  • Admin dashboards & reporting — the live numbers that run the business
  • Workflow automation — kill the repetitive manual jobs and copy-paste
  • Or plug into what you already use — HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive

07

App rescue & modernisation

Stuck with an app another team never finished — or one that's ageing badly? We take over existing code, refactor it, redesign it and get it shipped.

08

AI features

Chat assistants, smart feedback and content generation — built into four of our live products already.

09

Launch & App Store

Store listings, screenshots, review, release — we take your app all the way onto the App Store and Google Play.

10

MVP sprint

Got an idea to validate? A focused, fixed-price build that puts a real, usable first version in users' hands in weeks — not months.

11

APIs & integrations

Payments (Stripe), maps, messaging, CRMs, Zoho, calendars — we wire your product into the tools your business already runs on.

12

Care plans & support

Monthly retainers for updates, fixes, OS upgrades and new features — so your product keeps working long after launch day.

13

Performance & optimisation

Slow app or ballooning cloud bill? We profile, tune and cut — faster loads, smoother 60fps screens and lower running costs.

14

Digital design

Brand identity, logos, social kits, marketing graphics, pitch decks and packaging — design that makes you look as sharp as your product.

15

E-commerce & digital shops

Custom online shops that sell physical or digital products — downloads, licences, courses and subscriptions — with Stripe checkout and instant delivery. We even run our own — see the shop below.

[ 02 — PLATFORMS ]

One codebase.
Every screen.

We recommend the platform that fits your product and budget — not the one that pads the invoice.

“There is more than one path to the top of the mountain.”

Miyamoto Musashi

Our default

Cross-platform with Flutter

One codebase that ships to iPhone and Android at once — native-feeling UI, 60fps performance, roughly half the cost of building twice.

  • Best for: almost every new product
  • Fastest route to both stores
  • One team, one codebase, one bill

iOS

Human Interface Guidelines, TestFlight betas, haptics, widgets and a clean App Store review — handled.

Android

Material Design 3, Google Play launch and testing across the messy world of real Android devices.

Progressive Web Apps

Installable from the browser, works offline, no app store needed — ideal for content, tools and reach.

Audit, then fixed quote

[ 04 — THE PROMISE ]

The Deploy & Enjoy promise.

Not vague reassurance — three commitments you can hold us to.

24h

Replies within a day.

Every email and message answered within 24 hours. Usually much faster — you're never left wondering.

Wk 1

Builds in your hands early.

A working build on your phone in the first weeks — then regular updates you can tap, not slideware.

£ fixed

A fixed quote before we start.

You get an exact price in writing before a line of code is written. No surprise invoices. Ever.

[ 05 — PROCESS ]

Five steps.
No surprises.

“Step by step, walk the thousand-mile road.”

Miyamoto Musashi
  1. 01

    Discover

A real conversation about what you need — users, goals, budget. Sometimes the honest answer is less than you expected. We scope it, then you get a fixed quote within 48 hours.

  2. 02

    Design

Wireframes first, then high-fidelity screens. Every screen designed, reviewed and agreed before a line of code is written — so there are no expensive surprises later.

  3. 03

    Build

Working builds on your phone from the first weeks — TestFlight for iOS, direct installs for Android. You watch it grow feature by feature. No mock-ups pretending to be progress.

  4. 04

    Launch

Testing on real devices, store listings, screenshots, review submissions, hosting, analytics — handled. Then the good bit: your product goes live.

  5. 05

    Grow

Updates, fixes, new features and honest advice on what to build next. We built it, so we stay with it — most of our products are on their third or fourth major version.

[ 06 — TECH STACK ]

Boring where it matters.
Modern where it counts.

A deliberately small, proven stack — chosen so your product is fast to build, cheap to run and easy to maintain for years.

[ 侍  WHO WE ARE ]

We live by
a code.

BushidŌ — the way of the warrior — is a code of honour. We build software, so we live by a code twice over. Every project is held to the same discipline: sharp work, decisive shipping, and honour in how we treat you and your product.

“Vision without action is a daydream. Action without vision is a nightmare.”

Japanese proverb

[ 08 — WHY US ]

Small on purpose.

The big agencies bill you for account managers. We bill you for building your product.

“The skilled hawk hides its talons.”

Japanese proverb

You talk to the builder.

The person on the call is the person writing the code. Questions get answered, not forwarded through three layers of management.

No handoffs.

Strategy, design, development and launch in one place. Nothing gets lost between departments — there are no departments.

A few projects at a time.

Finished properly. Yours is never in a queue behind fifty others, and never handed to the interns.

Yours to keep.

Clean code, documented, in your name — repositories, accounts, store listings, all of it. If you ever move on, you take everything with you.

[ 09 — THE SHOP ]

Ready-made.
Ready to ship.

Templates, UI kits and tools we've built and battle-tested in real projects — buy once, download instantly, and skip weeks of work.

[ 10 — FAQ ]

Asked & answered.

How much does an app cost?

It depends on scope — a focused MVP costs a fraction of a multi-portal platform. What we promise: after a free consultation you get a fixed, itemised quote in writing within 48 hours, and that number doesn't move unless you change the scope. No day rates, no meters running.

How long does it take to build an app?

A focused MVP typically takes 4–8 weeks; a fuller product 2–4 months. You'll have a working build on your phone within the first weeks either way, so you're never waiting until the end to see progress.

Flutter or native — what should I choose?

For almost every new product, Flutter: one codebase shipping to both iOS and Android at native-feeling quality, for roughly half the cost of building twice. We'll tell you honestly if your product is the rare case that genuinely needs full native — and say so before you spend anything.

Who owns the code and accounts?

You do. Repositories, app store listings, databases, domains — everything is created in your name from day one. If we ever part ways, you lose nothing and owe nothing.

Can you take over an app another team built?

Yes — rescue work is one of our services. We audit the existing code, tell you honestly what's salvageable, then refactor, redesign and ship it. You'll get a clear picture before committing to anything.

Can you publish to the App Store and Google Play for us?

Completely. We handle the full submission on both stores — developer accounts, listings, screenshots, privacy details and the review process — and get your app approved and live. If you'd rather everything sits in your own company's accounts, we set that up in your name and publish from there.

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

Yes — our Care plans are simple monthly retainers covering fixes, OS and store-policy updates, and a block of hours for new features. No lock-in; cancel any time. Most clients stay, which is why so many of our products are on their third or fourth major version.

What happens after launch?

Whatever you need: monthly support with updates and fixes, occasional feature work, or a clean handover with documentation. Most clients stay — most of our live products are on their third or fourth major version — but you're never locked in.

What if you're unavailable — isn't a small studio risky?

Less than you'd think: your code lives in your accounts with documentation from day one, so you're never dependent on us to access your own product. And because you talk directly to the builder, nothing is lost in translation — the usual agency risk of your project dying in a handover simply doesn't exist here.

侍  The way we build — a short film

[ 侍  THE WAY ]

The way I
build by.

From one thing, know ten thousand things.— Miyamoto Musashi

I didn't start Deploy & Enjoy because the world needed another software agency. I started it because I was tired of watching good ideas die badly.

I'd seen it too many times: someone pours their savings and their hope into an app, hands it to a big agency, and gets back something bloated, late and soulless — built from a template by a team they never met, sold to them by someone who couldn't code a single line of it. The idea deserved a craftsman. It got a factory. That's the day I picked up the blade.

Musashi — Japan's greatest swordsman, undefeated in over sixty duels — wrote that a warrior should master one weapon so completely that through it he understands everything. Not a hundred tools half-learned. One blade, sharpened for a lifetime.

So that's what I chose. Flutter. One codebase. iOS and Android from a single, clean edge. While others scatter themselves across a dozen frameworks they barely know, I go deep on one and hone it every day.

The way is in training.— Miyamoto Musashi

There is no shortcut to a sharp blade. Only the work, repeated, until it's clean. The samurai had a word for the parts of the sword that add weight but not power — waste. Musashi's rule was blunt:

Do nothing which is of no use.— Miyamoto Musashi

That's how I write software. No dead code, no bloat, no "we'll fix it later." Every line earns its place, or it's cut. What you ship should feel inevitable — like it couldn't have been made any other way.

But here's what most agencies won't tell you: I don't take every job. A samurai didn't fight every man who challenged him, and he didn't serve every lord who offered coin. He chose — carefully — because his blade and his loyalty were the only things he truly owned, and to give them to the wrong cause was the deepest dishonour.

一期一会  — one meeting, one lifetime.— The way of the tea master

That phrase means you treat every encounter as singular, unrepeatable, something to honour — and that's how I see every client I choose to build for. So I select my work, and I select who I work with. If I can't build something properly, I won't pretend I can — I'll tell you straight and point you somewhere better, rather than take your money and fail you slowly. And when I do say yes, it's because I believe in what you're building and I believe in you. That's not a transaction. It's a bond. Once I commit, I commit completely — you don't get a fraction of me. You get all of it.

The little samurai you see across everything I make? I didn't download him. I sculpted him by hand, in clay, frame by frame — slow, patient, imperfect in the way only handmade things are. I built him exactly the way I build your product: with my own hands, obsessing over details no one asked me to. When you work with Deploy & Enjoy, there's no account manager, no handoff, no phone tree. You get me — the person actually holding the blade.

Fall seven times, stand up eight.— 七転び八起き

Every founder I build for has fallen at least once — a launch that flopped, a developer who vanished, a budget that bought nothing. My job is to be the eighth time you stand up. The build that finally works. That's my code: honest words about what it really costs and how long it takes, a reply within the day, every day, and — when it's ready — one clean strike.

Deploy is the strike — the moment it goes live, sharp and certain.
Enjoy is the stillness that follows — when it simply works, and you finally breathe out and watch it run.

One craftsman. One blade. Chosen work, shipped clean. — Ryuunosuke
